Lakefront Lodge

Overlooking the 100± lake is a five bedroom, five bath hunting lodge complete with kitchen, great room with fireplace, and large windows to enjoy beautiful views of the lake.

Main House with Pool House and Guest House

Through another gated entrance, there is the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, main house. The home was recently remodeled with new roof, cabinetry, and flooring. The main house is complete with fire place, den, living room, formal dining room, and kitchen. Just outside the main house are the swimming pool, tennis court, pool house, and guest house.

Caretaker's House

To complete the package, there is a two bedroom, one bath caretaker house.

The additional improvements at Singer Lake include a Gated Entrance, Dock on the Lake, and Equipment Barns.
