This is a 272-acre property with over 3.25 miles on the Santa Fe River near Alachua, Florida. This is a great recreational property with tons of wildlife. It is not yet protected by a conservation easement.

The 75-mile Santa Fe River is a major tributary to the Suwannee River.  The headwaters are in northeast Florida at Lake Santa Fe, a nearly 6,000 acre spring-fed lake in Alachua County, and the river slowly flows west to Branford, Florida where it joins the Suwannee.

The river is fed by over three dozen springs. Santa Fe’s name comes from a Franciscan mission that was located near the river.
