Social Storm™ Properties

We represent ultra high net worth individuals and advise them on high quality land acquisitions across all four "plantation belts" across four southern states.. Besides marketing, we are known for our unique views of the investment aspects of recreational land and some of the top land investors in the county are our clients. This is a very specialized niche and a lot of wealth is created and stored here. While the recreational aspects is certainly important, making a good investment at the same time is equally, if not more important to our clients. What we found over our 27 year career is that some properties had certain features that regardless of the market conditions they were always in high demand, more liquid than others and got the quick attention of the most sophisticated of investors. These were properties that had safety, good water, semi-remote, held strong natural resources, great soil, great wildlife, and just somewhere you wanted to go to get away from it all. These places had other subliminal meaning. We say it reminds one of simpler times and a world of Andy Griffith, sitting on a porch and drinking a Cherry Coke. What we also found is that these certain properties were a natural hedge against both inflation and bad times. These are properties that investors gravitate to for safety in bad times and buy for a recreation reward in good times.

We picked up on it because we shared the same views and have such a property. We also have a very strong Biblical world view and recognize that there are many, many threats facing our world today.
