The hardwoods and mixed pine natural areas are as beautiful as it gets. The timber value here is exceptional, per the recent timber cruise the timber value is $631,705 which is approximately $1,148 per acre on the 550 timbered acres. It has great roll and great timber; from enormous pines to a great cypress pond. The soils are exceptional. It has a classic live oak lined road frontage with dozens of 100+ year old live oaks. The neighborhood is an "A" with large landholdings and small recreational farms along a historic red clay road.

The uplands have recently been sprayed as the beginnings for site prep to planting pines but we have brought in experts and it could very well make a great cattle conversion as well.
